Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your registration for the Annual Meeting, please contact S.E. Spencer at email@example.com or by calling (404) 524-0911. If you cancel your registration by October 1, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds are available for cancelations made after October 1 for either the in-person or online event. Registrations can be transferred to another person within your organization at any time at no charge. If you have to cancel your registration within 14 days of the Annual Meeting due to COVID-19 symptoms, diagnosis or exposure, you will receive a full refund.
