Grantmakers of Kentucky

A Network for Funders in the Bluegrass State

Grantmakers of Kentucky was created to help foster connections and cooperation among foundations and between funders and policy makers, as well as to inform grantmakers about the possibilities – and potential challenges – that lie ahead in our state. Programming gives grantmakers the opportunity to connect with their fellow Kentucky colleagues, share best practices, discover new resources and increase the state’s grantmaking impact.

Annual Meeting

Each year, the Grantmakers of Kentucky gather for an annual meeting that gives participants the chance to hear from statewide, regional and national thought leaders while also placing a spotlight on innovative philanthropy taking place in our state.

Our annual meeting has also evolved into a chance to showcase Kentucky’s wonderful communities, and the people and organizations in them working hard to improve the lives of residents. We are proud to have visited not only our state’s largest cities, but also midsize and rural communities, highlighting innovation, ingenuity and inventiveness taking place on the ground.

Registration for the next Grantmakers of Kentucky Annual Meeting will open in spring 2019!
