Roderica Williams
Senior Associate of Programs & Partnerships

Roderica Williams joined Southeastern Council of Foundations in 2018 as Senior Associate of Programs and Partnerships. Prior to joining the Council, Roderica served in both public and higher education as an educator and administrator. In her most recent administrative role as director for a federally-funded comprehensive support program, Roderica oversaw the complete operation of the program. Some of her responsibilities included fiscal management, researching and authoring grant proposals, and developing leadership initiatives.

Roderica’s interest in higher education has led her to serve not only as an administrator, but she has also served as Professor of Educational Leadership. She used her platform to cultivate leadership talent in others and develop curriculum that supports leadership growth. A strong advocate for education, Roderica considers herself to be a life-long learner. She has earned undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees.
