• The "search" field will search all records for the criteria entered. For example, entering "Smith" in the "search" field will retrieve all records with the word "Smith," including "John Smith," "Jane Smith Jones" and "The Smith Family Foundation."
• To search records by state, you must first select "United States" from the "country" pull-down menu. Once you make that selection, you'll see an additional pull-down menu where you can select a specific state.
